Guaranty Bank Opens 11th Banking Center in Farmers Park Development

Guaranty Bank’s 11th banking center, located in southeast Springfield’s popular mixed-use Farmers Park development, is now open for business. Located at 2144 E. Republic Road, the state-of-the-art full-service banking center features cutting-edge technology, dialogue towers in lieu of a traditional teller line and a modern vibrancy befitting the newest addition to Farmers Park.

“We are thrilled to be opening the doors to our 11th facility today,” said Rachael Godden, banking center manager. “At Guaranty Bank we consider it a privilege to be part of the amazing community in Farmers Park and are proud to bring a local bank to the area.”

The banking center, occupying the northeast quadrant of the building’s first floor, incorporates the latest in banking technology and trends including a touchscreen television and convenient drive-thru video banking where customers can perform nearly any transaction done inside the bank from the comfort of their vehicle. Nearly a dozen flatscreen TV monitors light up the interior and exterior of the facility, displaying the latest marketing messages, rates and even live television above the community table, where visitors can enjoy a coffee bar and stay awhile longer.

In 2016, Guaranty Bank signed a long-term lease with developer Matt O’Reilly to occupy approximately 26,000 square feet of the fifth and final building at Farmers Park, inhabiting three of four floors. The new facility houses the bank’s executives, accounting, commercial lending, credit, corporate services, mortgage lending, marketing, and human resources functions. The current “main branch” at 1341 W. Battlefield will remain open.
