Lindsey McLaughlin Promoted to Assistant Vice President

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Loan Review Officer Lindsey McLaughlin was recently promoted to assistant vice president.

McLaughlin joined Guaranty Bank in 2012 as a loan review officer and holds a Certificate of Loan Review, completing the BAI Learning and Development Loan Review Certificate Program in 2016. She has more than 14 years of banking experience including five years as a credit analyst for Central Bank of the Ozarks and U.S. Bank.

As a loan review officer, McLaughlin is charged with evaluating credit risk for the bank, dissecting complex credits in order to identify their associated risks while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

“Lindsey does a great job in the critical role she serves for Guaranty Bank,” said Krystal Kauffman, director of Risk Management. “I look forward to her continued success with the bank.”
