Steven Hoaglin Joins Guaranty Bank Marketing Department

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Steven Hoaglin has joined its Marketing Department as a Marketing Research & Sales Support Analyst.

“We’re very excited to have Steven join our marketing team. He has a wealth of banking experience and customer behavior insight that will help us to turn data into information and action that will grow our business,” said Director of Marketing Carlye Wannenmacher.

Hoaglin has nearly a decade of banking experience, beginning his career at Guaranty Bank in 2010 as a part-time teller. He was promoted to retail banking officer at its Springfield Sunshine Banking Center in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business from Missouri State University as well as a Master’s in Business Administration with certificates in Management and Leadership, also from Missouri State.
