Q: What's your banking experience?
A: A total of eight years in banking now. I took two years off due to traveling baseball with my son. While I took that time off I saw where Guaranty Bank was hiring and I thought well, I'll just give it a shot and decided to put in my application.
Q: What engages you most about your role?
A: The interaction with people is what engages me, the conversations you have with coworkers and customers.
Q: Who has been the most influential in your career growth so far?
A: My supervisors have been. They've been there to answer any questions that I've had, any training that I've wanted to go to, and they support us. They've done a lot to help me grow with this company.
Q: What did you want to grow up to be when you were a child?
A: When I was little I wanted to be an actress. I think it stemmed from watching I Love Lucy a little too much back in the day. But I loved her and Betty White, too, off of The Golden Girls. It just always inspired me to want to be an actress until I got a little bit older and decided banking was for me.
Q: What accomplishment in life are you most proud of?
A: My family I'm pretty proud of - my husband, my two sons, my soon-to-be daughter-in-law, and my new grandbaby!?
