Tamra Dean Joins Guaranty Bank Mortgage

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Tamra Dean recently joined the bank’s mortgage department as a residential lender.

Dean, who will office out of the bank’s Farmers Park location at 2144 E. Republic Road in Springfield, has 20 years of financial services experience, with 15 years in residential lending at Simmons Bank, Great Southern Bank and BancorpSouth. Prior to that she was a pension analyst at Great American Life Insurance Company and a financial advisor at Mark Twain Bank, both in St. Louis, as well as a business and marketing teacher at Willard High School.

“We are very excited that Tamra has joined our mortgage team,” said Michael Frerking, director of residential lending. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our group as well as being involved in our community and we look forward to her continued success in helping borrowers with all their mortgage needs.”

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Business from Missouri State University in Springfield. She is very active in the Springfield community, volunteering with One Sole Purpose, Night to Shine and Rescue One.
