Guaranty Bank Announces Three Summer Interns

Guaranty Bank is excited to announce the addition of three interns to our team for the summer. The new interns include one marketing intern, Elsie Crawford, one retail intern, Addison Holt, and one credit intern, Michael Peck. This marks the third year of Guaranty Bank’s esteemed summer internship program.

“Our program is designed to foster collaboration and mentorship through departmental and group work, providing exposure to various aspects of banking, networking opportunities, and professional development,” said Monte McNew, CEO. “We are proud to showcase our culture and community while providing on-the-job training for the next generation of professionals.”

Meet Our Interns:

Elsie Crawford: Currently a student at Missouri State University, Crawford is majoring in marketing, advertising and promotions. 

Addison Holt: Currently a student at University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Holt is majoring in finance and serves as a resident assistant.

Michael Peck: A recent graduate from Missouri State University, Peck earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and is pursuing a master’s in business administration. 

The summer internship program is a 12-week program that allows interns to develop their skills and learn from current professionals. The program concludes with the interns presenting their project and experiences to the Guaranty Bank Cabinet members.
