James Batten, CPA, has enjoyed a long career and recently served as Chief Financial Officer of International Dehydrated Foods (IDF), a privately-held manufacturer of ingredients for the food industry, from September 2016 through January 2020. Among his numerous community roles, Batten is a member of the board of AG Financial Solutions, and Foundation Capital Resources. He is a former member of the NASDAQ Issuer Affairs Committee. Batten has also served on a number of other professional and civic boards, including the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, and New Covenant Academy.

Tim Stack is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, is a Springfield native and Executive Vice President of SRC Holdings, Inc. Tim serves on the Think Big Foundation Board of Directors and is also a Play for Springfield board member. Mr. Stack has served on the Executive Committee of the Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors, the United Way Board of Directors and was past President of the Ozarks Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Abram “Abe” McGull is the founder of the McGull Law Firm that focuses upon personal injury claims and criminal defense. Prior to establishing his private practice of law, McGull was an Assistant United States Attorney with United States Department of Justice and a Commander in the United States Navy for 21 years. During his tenure with the Department of Justice, McGull served as a resident legal advisor in Iraq and Qatar. His service with the Department of Justice earned him the State Department Meritorious Honor Award for his creative and strategic diplomacy in northern Iraq. As a naval officer, McGull earned the distinguished Bronze Star for his outstanding duty performance as the chief of media operations in Baghdad, Iraq, and other service-related missions during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). McGull has considerable municipal experience as the formerly elected Mayor of Pleasant Valley, Missouri and he presently serves as a city council member in Springfield, Missouri. McGull earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Louisiana State University and Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Brent Davis is President and owner of Bristol Manufacturing Corporation, North Central Container Leasing, Inc., St. Lawrence County Manufacturing and Properties, LLC, Bristol Capital and Leasing, LLC, Bristol Drum Manufacturing, LLC, and RMC Group, LLC. He is also partner and founder in North Central Container of New Ulm, Inc. and Kansas Dairy Ingredients and Kansas Land Feed and Cattle.

David Moore is President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors of Paul Mueller Company, a publicly held manufacturer of milk cooling equipment and processing equipment headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. He has worked at Paul Mueller Company since 2002, serving as the President since 2011. Additionally, Moore has been a member of the company's Board of Directors since 1997. Prior to joining Paul Mueller Company, he was Vice President of Product Development at Corporate Document Systems, a computer software company, for six years.

Emily Givens is a Springfield native and is currently the Director of Development for Bryan Properties. She has previously served as the Executive Director of Lost & Found Grief Center, and the Director of both student life and transitional programs at Drury University. Emily serves as the President on the Hickory Hills Country Club Board, as well as the Mid-America Transplant Board, volunteers with CASA, and is involved with PTSA at Glendale High School and is involved with multiple athletic booster clubs. Givens has previously served on the Drury Athletic Gender Equity Council and was a member of the National Alliance for Grieving Children. Givens is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Greg Horton is founder, Director, and co-owner of Integrity Home Care & Hospice, a multi-line home health care enterprise in Missouri and Kansas, and co-founder of Integrity Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy provider. Before launching Integrity Home Care in 2000, Horton was a partner in the accounting firm Whitlock, Selim & Keehn, LLP. He is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been active in board and volunteer service with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast, and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Horton is a board member of Foundation Capital Resources, Inc., The Mercy Foundation and Developmental Center of the Ozarks.

James Sivils III is the CEO of Environmental Works, Inc., an environmental consulting, industrial service, and emergency response firm with 300 employees spread across 12 offices throughout the Midwest. He has developed numerous commercial and residential projects in Southwest Missouri. Sivils is a member and past Chapter Chair of the Ozarks Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

Jim Anderson has enjoyed a long career in public affairs, including six years with CoxHealth leading marketing, public affairs, and community relations and 26 years as President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. He has received numerous awards for his leadership and excellence in business, including, the Springfieldian award and The Missourian Award in 2005, the Lifetime Achievement in Business Award in 2007, the statewide Diversity Champion award in 2017, the inaugural statewide Kit Bond Citizen Leadership award from Hawthorn Foundation in 2019, and many others. In 2002, Drury University awarded him the Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters degree. He is a former member and Chairman of the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, served as Chairman on the Chamber’s National Professional Organization in 1995, a former Chairman of the United Way of the Ozarks, and past Chairman of the Springfield/Branson National Airport board of directors. During his tenure as President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber was recognized as Chamber of the Year by its national professional organization in 2012.

John Griesemer has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Erlen Group since 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors since 1993. The Erlen Group is a privately held family of industrial companies, including Springfield Underground, Cold Zone, Westside Stone, and Joplin Stone. He currently serves on the board of Springfield Catholic Schools, QCR Holdings, BNSF Railway Transload Advisory, and National Stone Sand & Gravel. John is a former member of numerous other boards, including Mercy Health Springfield Communities and Central Region, Missouri Limestone Producers Association, the OTC Foundation, and Springfield Contractors Association.

Kurt Hellweg is the past Chairman of the Board of International Dehydrated Foods, Inc. ("IDF"), American Dehydrated Foods, Inc. ("ADF"), Food Ingredients Technology Company, L.L.C ("FITCO"), and IsoNova Technologies, L.L.C. ("IsoNova"). Prior to joining ADF, he was an officer in the U.S. Navy from 1980 to 1987. Hellweg is a past Board Member of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Springfield Area Arts Council, and the Springfield Symphony. A visible leader in the community, he is the founding member of the Greater Ozarks Chapter of World Presidents' Organization ("WPO") (where he is still active). He has previously chaired the Greater Ozarks Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization.

Monte McNew is the CEO of Guaranty Bank and is a lifelong resident of the Springfield area. Active in the community, he serves as a board member for Hickory Hills Country Club, Care to Learn, and Springfield-Branson National Airport. McNew has served on numerous local community boards, including Lost & Found Grief Center, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and Discovery Center of the Ozarks. He received his bachelor's in finance and MBA from Missouri State University.

Tim Rosenbury is Director of Quality of Place Initiatives for the City of Springfield, Missouri, where he oversees plans, policies and capital investments in infrastructure and facilities. He retired from the practice of architecture in 2020 after 35 years as a lead partner of Butler, Rosenbury & Partners, Inc., an architecture and planning firm in Springfield, Missouri. Rosenbury is a member of several professional and civic organizations, including the American Institute of Architects. He is a past Chairman of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and a past President of the Board of Education for Springfield Public Schools.

Todd A. Gipple is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1985. In 1991, McGladrey & Pullen acquired the Quad Cities practice of KPMG. Mr. Gipple was named Tax Partner with McGladrey & Pullen in 1994 and served as the Tax Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Mississippi Valley Practice and as one of five Regional Tax Coordinators for the national firm. He specialized in Financial Institutions Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions throughout his 14-year career in Public Accounting. He joined QCR Holdings in January of 2000, and currently serves as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as a Director of Quad City Bank & Trust and Guaranty Bank. Mr. Gipple previously served on the board of directors and the Executive Committee of the Davenport Chamber of Commerce, United Way of the Quad Cities and the Scott County Beautification Foundation and was a member of the original Governing Body for the Quad City’s “Success by 6” Initiative. Mr. Gipple was the 2016 Chief Corporate Chair for the Quad Cities JDRF One Walk and also currently serves on the Audit Committee for the Quad Cities Community Foundation, the board of directors and Executive Committee of the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley, the Board of Directors of the John Deere Classic, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
