Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Darla Marler to Senior Vice President, Director of Treasury Management.
Marler joined Guaranty Bank in 2025 with a diverse professional background, having worked in marketing, healthcare, and banking. She has 29 years of financial services experience, showcasing a versatile skill set.

Marler has strong ties to the Springfield community, having graduated from Missouri State University. In addition to her professional achievements, Marler is dedicated to giving back to the community, currently sitting on the advisory council for Foster Adopt Connect- Springfield.
