Guaranty Bank Meeting Rooms

Interested in using one of our community rooms for your next meeting? Below are a few room guidelines to see if it's the right space for you!

Booking and Use:

The use of Guaranty Bank meeting rooms is provided as a public community service function. Permission to use a Guaranty Bank meeting room does not constitute or imply endorsement or sponsorship by the bank, and meeting room users are expected to fully comply with all applicable provisions of law. Guaranty Bank does not assume liability for injuries to individuals or damages to personal property that occur as a result of actions of the sponsors or participants in activities in its meeting rooms.

  • Reservations are limited to the Farmers Park facility operating hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
  • We reserve the right to right to change or cancel reservations for meeting rooms. If changes or cancellations are necessary, the bank will provide the group with as much notice as possible. The bank reserves the right to relocate a group to a different meeting room if necessary.
  • Guests are NOT to charge admission.
  • Rooms are to be used for non-profit generating activities such as internal training, strategic planning meetings, civic and community organizational meetings, etc. 
  • Rooms may be booked with any amount of advance notice not to exceed 90 days in advance of the event, no long-range reservations.
  • No repeat/reoccurring reservations over an extended period will be allowed. Example: every 3rd Wednesday of the month for the entire calendar year.
  • Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis.
  • Decorations are allowed but may not be taped, pinned, or nailed into the walls or on meeting room décor or technology items.
  • Hazardous materials including, but not limited to, paints, solvents and explosives are prohibited. Candles or open flames, except Sterno for chafing dishes are prohibited.
  • Use of the banks audiovisual equipment must be arranged at the time the room is booked. Arrangements for training on how to use equipment must be made in advance. Groups will be held responsible for any damage to, or theft of, bank property.
  • Rooms must be left in the same condition and set up as you entered.

Audio Visual:

  • Guests using the banks meeting rooms are limited to using the connections available in the rooms. These include USB 3.0 or USB-C connections, wireless casting via Windows and Crestron wireless broadcast pucks.
  • USB 3.0 or a USB-C connection guest computer connection is needed for video conferencing to utilize camera and microphones. 
    • Apple devices are not currently supported for video conferencing.
    • Teams, Zoom or other video conference options should work.
  • It is preferred that guests have administrative rights to the machine they use in our facility to download any necessary drivers needed for our equipment. USB ports can't be disable/locked down by security policies.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be done as soon as you are aware the event will no longer be held at Guaranty Bank.

Fees for meeting room:

  • No fees will be charged for use of any meeting or conference room provided that the group utilizing the space leaves it in the same condition that it was in when they entered.
  • If damage is done to the space, any cleaning or maintenance beyond normal use items (trash taken out, tables wiped down, etc.) that is needed will be charged to the user.

OFFICE CLOSING POLICY - EMERGENCY CLOSINGS

At times, emergencies such as severe weather, fires, power failures, or earthquakes, can disrupt company operations. In extreme cases, these circumstances may require the closing of a Guaranty Bank facility. The meeting/conference rooms will be unavailable when Guaranty Bank facilities are closed. Notifications of cancellations will be given as far in advance as possible to the contact given at the time the reservation was made.
