Guaranty Bank Announces Key Leadership Appointments

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce several significant leadership changes that will strengthen our team and enhance our service offerings. These changes reflect our commitment to growth, innovation and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Effective July 1, Brian Zumwalt will assume the role of Regional Market Manager (SVP) for Joplin, Carthage, and Neosho. Zumwalt brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this position and will be relocating to the McClelland office to spearhead our regional market efforts.

Rob Dixon has been appointed as the Consumer Lending Manager (VP). In his new role, Dixon will lead the consumer lending team. As part of this restructuring, consumer lending will now report through Tyler Stalker, ensuring a streamlined and efficient operation.

In addition to these changes, the board of directors met in May and voted to change Monte McNew's title to President and CEO. This change reflects McNew's continued dedication and visionary leadership, which have been pivotal to our success.

Brian and Rob each bring unique skills and perspectives that will help us drive innovation and deliver exceptional service to our customers. I am confident that these changes will lead to positive outcomes for our organization and the communities we serve."
