Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Holly Stump has joined the company as the newest member of the retail team. Stump joins Guaranty Bank as VP, Branch Market Manager in the Joplin area.

Stump brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including over four years in banking. Her background includes team development, customer relationship management, and operational leadership, all of which will support Guaranty Bank’s continued commitment to delivering personalized service in the Joplin market.

Stump has strong ties to the Joplin community, having graduated from Missouri Southern State University. In addition to her professional achievements, Stump currently serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity and Joplin NALA Read, reflecting her commitment to community engagement, service, and supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact throughout the region.
