Melinda O’Quinn, Ryan Fletcher Join Guaranty Bank
Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce Melinda O’Quinn recently joined the bank as Deposit Operations Manager and Ryan Fletcher as VP Commercial Banking Officer.

O’Quinn comes to Guaranty Bank with over 32 years of banking experience including operations, and retail management. She was most recently a Branch Operations Officer for The Bank of Missouri. She will manage our bank operations department and help support the retail branches.
Melinda has been an active member of various organizations in Springfield and the surrounding area for several years. “We are fortunate to have someone with Melinda’s significant banking background, community relationships, and civic commitment lead our deposit operations team,” stated Stephanie Callahan, Senior Vice President of Operations and Cashier.
Ryan Fletcher
Fletcher brings over 10 years of banking experience in commercial banking including lending and credit administration. He was most recently a Commercial Loan Officer for Hawthorn Bank.
Ryan is a graduate of Missouri State University and has been an active member of organizations such as Friends of the Garden. “Ryan brings an incredible amount of lending and credit analysis experience to Guaranty Bank’s commercial banking team,” said Becky Scorse Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. “His background and talent, along with his solid reputation for customer service, align well with our mission and dedication to our clients.”
