We are committed to having the most updated technology and this upgrade is needed to make sure we can serve you now and well into the future.
For most clients, they will not see an impact to their bank accounts or services. Account numbers, card access and online banking are not changing. There are some clients that will be impacted by an account type change. Please see your 2025 Deposit Account Booklet to determine if there is a change in your account type.
Yes, you will be able to use your card for deposits, withdrawals and purchases made between October 3rd and October 5th. Please note that transactions done on that Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not show in your account until Monday, October 6th.
As we are upgrading our systems, from October 3rd through October 5th, online banking and telephone banking will not be available. Our video banking machines will be able to take deposits and dispense cash, but video assisted transactions will be unable until October 6th.
Clients will be able to use the Video Banking Machine to withdrawal funds and make deposits using their debit card. Video assisted transactions will not be available until October 6th. Deposits made through debit cards will not be available until Tuesday October 7th.

No. Your log in and password will not change. Please note that online banking will be unavailable from October 3rd through October 5th, while the update is taking place.
Our staff will be here to serve you on Friday, October 3rd. We will be closing all locations on Saturday, October 4th. We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, October 6th.
