Guaranty Bank Names Board of Directors Vice Chairman
Guaranty Bank would like to recognize Tim Stack and James Batten for their positions on the Board of Directors. Stack was recently elected to fill the Vice-Chairman position and has served on the board since 2020. This position took effect on December 20, 2023. Batten was re-elected as Chairman of the Board and has held this position since November 2022.
Tim Stack is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, is a Springfield native and Executive Vice President of SRC Holdings, Inc. Tim serves on the Think Big Foundation Board of Directors and is also a Play for Springfield board member. Mr. Stack has served on the Executive Committee of the Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors, the United Way Board of Directors and was past President of the Ozarks Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
James Batten
James Batten, CPA, has enjoyed a long career and recently served as Chief Financial Officer of International Dehydrated Foods (IDF), a privately held manufacturer of ingredients for the food industry, from September 2016 through January 2020. Among his numerous community roles, Batten is a member of the board of AG Financial Solutions, and Foundation Capital Resources. He is a former member of the NASDAQ Issuer Affairs Committee. Batten has also served on a number of other professional and civic boards, including the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, and New Covenant Academy.
